Returns & Exchanges

At Unitus, we want you to feel confident in every garment you wear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
